2. Hot Fudge Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream

What could be better than a Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae in hot summer days? I say nothing! Do you say so? If yes, here we are same bro✌! This perfect dessert option is rich, decadent, fudgy and sweet. Making Brownie couldn't be a simple one but definitely a delicious one for me. So I divide this into 3 basic steps- Brownie , Hot fudge and assemble with Ice cream.

For Brownie Ingredients:
  • 75 gms butter (5 tbsps) at room temperature
  • 150 gms dark chocolate , finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (21gms)
  • 1 cup powder sugar (190 gms)
  • 1/3 cup boiled water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup thick, plain curd or yogurt (55 gms)
  • 3/4 cup all- purpose flour (90 gms)
  • 2 tbsps corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt (if using unsalted butter)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven at 175 C. Take a 7 inch baking tray or pan, add a butter paper and put some oil to grease it properly.
  2. Add the butter, chocolate and cocoa powder to a heat proof bowl placed over a pot of simmering water, taking care that bowl isn't touching the water. Stir it until melted and smooth. If some chunks then remove from heat and stir it to melt them completely. Set aside to cool down for few minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar and hot water, whisking vigorously till the sugar have dissolved.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract then pour it into the melted chocolate mixture. At this stage you have both liquids will be warm and can be easily stir together with spoon or whisk, until have a smooth mixture.
  5. Now stir in the yogurt until incorporated and then sift the flour, salt, corn flour.
  6. Fold gently to combine into a fine batter stir using the whisk to any lumps. Spread the batter into the baking tray or pan, smoothing the top and making sure it even all over.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until you have a crust on top and toothpick comes out with moist crumbs  but no wet batter. don't bake it until toothpick comes out clean completely because brownies will be dry and overbaked. (You can check after 20 minutes because oven and time may vary for some of you.)
  8. Allow the brownies cool down completely at room temperature before lifting them out of the tray.
  9. When it cool down start cutting into the small pieces. You can store the brownies in a air tight container for about 5-10 days into a fridge.

Hot Fudge Sauce

Take heavy whipping cream, brown or white sugar, corn syrup, unsweetened cocoa powder, salt and a half the chocolate chips into the saucepan. Place over a medium heat and stir frequently until it comes to boil.

Reduce the heat to low and lightly simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in remaining chocolate chips and butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the sauce into the separate bowl to cool down.

Assemble with Ice Cream

Take 1-2 pieces of brownie into the plate and pour some hot fudge on it. Then take a scoop of vanilla Ice cream into the plate and add some sauce on top of it.

Serve the right way and enjoy the heavenly goodness of warm brownies!

Thanks Everyone..!!
